This Saturday, October 31st - Halloween, you can treat yourself to a free comic book or 2.
Halloween ComicFest is an annual event where comic stores all around the world give away free comic books from top publishers. Customers are encouraged to dress up as their favorite superhero, supervillain, or monster or any in Halloween costume of their choice.
This year 6 Vancouver comic book stores are participating, they are:
RX Comics at 2418 Main St.
The Connection Games & Comics at 2945 Renfrew St.
Golden Age Collectables at 852 Granville St.
Comic Land at 3845 Rupert St.
Tazmanian Comic Connection at 3618 E. Hastings St.
Big Pete's Comic and Collectibles at 128 Lonsdale, North Vancouver
Remember to arrive early, like around 11 a.m. - ish before all the good stuff is gone.
