Are you ready to solve a murder mystery on the streets of downtown Vancouver?
There is a new tour where guests get a chance to collect clues, track down suspects, decode secret messages and track down a fictional killer - all while getting to know one the of city's iconic neighoburhoods.
Crime in Downtown, it the first tour company offering from the revamped Vancouver Mysteries, now run by Forbidden Vancouver. It's a bit like the board game Clue, but played out on a real-life scale.
Groups have 2 hours to scour the city on foot and use their collective brainpower to identify the killer, the murder weapon and the motive. All teams are given a score and ranked on the Vancouver Mysteries Website. Along the way they get an in-depth, self-guided tour of some of the city's best known sites. Game designers from Forbidden Vancouver spent months researching, writing and planning the mystery, and there's no shortage of historical detail and intrigue.Tours are $25 per person and can be booked online
